Northeastern takes Volleyball Title
#4 ranked Northeastern Junior College defeated #14 ranked Casper for the Region 9 title and the Northwest Plains A Championship on Friday at Scottsbluff, Nebraska.
NJC rolled past Gillette and North Platte on their way to the title game.
Casper then defeated Central Wyoming College in five tough sets to claim the Northwest Plains B Championship.
Both Northeastern and Casper will head to the NJCAA National Championship Tournament.
