Trujillo and Carter are Players-of-the-Week - Week 3
Region 9 is proud to recognize our outstanding Players-of-the-Week.
This week's Region 9 "North Player of the Week" is Mateo Trujillo from Northwest College
Vs. LCCC- Mateo had 19pts, 6 rebs, 3 Assists, and 3 Steals. He was 7-12 from the field and 4-5 from FT line.
Vs. EWC- He had 18pts, 4 rebs, 2 assists in 17 minutes of play. He was 6-10 from the field (4-7 from 3) and 2-2 from the FT line.
This week's Region 9 "South Player of the Week" is Ethan Carter from Northeastern Junior College
Vs. Lamar Ethan had 19 points 12 rebounds and hit last second shot to win 84-83
Vs Southeast he had 25 points and 6 rebounds 93-87 win
